Combustion retarder “Flamex”
INHOM Ltd. manufactures and distributes ecological liquid FLAMEX – flame retardant for wood, textiles, paper and fire fighting. FLAMEX is an innovation of the Norwegian-Bulgarian company “Flamex-Bulgaria” Ltd.
FLAMEX has been redesigned for surface treatment in order to slow down combustion and improve the reaction class to fire. The FLAMEX impregnant is a water-soluble liquid, non-toxic, with neutral pH 7.5, does not pollute the environment, ecological product. FLAMEX does not change the color of the treated wood, textiles and paper.
FLAMEX is a product that does not pollute the environment, does not contain halogen substances that can produce halogen elements. In its structure, the liquid does not have any type of carbon bonds that can separate and form CO2. As a result, FLAMEX does not affect the ozone layer in the atmosphere and does not increase the greenhouse effect. The substance does not deplete the ozone layer and is not an aqueous pollutant. Not classified as dangerous for transport. Causes corrosion as much as water.
FLAMEX liquid can also be used successfully in firefighting. Addition of 10% to the water in extinguishing agents will significantly increase the efficiency of extinguishing, will significantly reduce the cost of extinguishing with a proven FIVE times reduced water resource, which is a prerequisite for shortening the extinguishing time and minimizing fire damage.
The innovative FLAMEX liquid has a strong cooling effect. Suppresses smoke when extinguishing forests, landfills and farm buildings. The innovative FLAMEX liquid formula does not allow for secondary ignition, which is also the basis as an extinguishing agent.

The FLAMEX impregnant is a water-soluble liquid, non-toxic, with natural pH 7.5, does not pollute the environment and is an ecological product. It does not change the color of the treated wood. It is suitable for processing all types of wood and plywood / chipboard, plywood /, walls, floor coverings, emergency exits.
Fire classification by reaction to fire B – s2, d0; Bfl – s 1 The FLAMEX impregnant is a water-soluble liquid, non-toxic, with natural pH 7.5, does not pollute the environment and is an ecological product. The concentrate is diluted with water 50/50. It is applied with a brush, roller, airless gun, in a tub or autoclave until the consumption rate for the respective surfaces is reached. Wooden surfaces must be pre-cleaned and dedusted. There must be no residues of old paint, varnishes, adhesives, bezir, parquet and the like on them (they lead to a strong reduction in the effect of flammability and do not reach the reaction to fire class B 0 s2.d 0; Bfl- s1 ). |
